Our names are Shannon Talbert and Jade Magnus Ogunnaike, and we are civil rights executives who got our start in two of the most influential modern movements: Obama for America and Fight for 15. After years of knocking on doors and organizing communities, we met in 2016 when we built one of the strongest offenses to rapidly increasing injustice. Together, we’ve steered the helm of some of the nation’s most creative and innovative organizing programs. From creating #BlackWomensBrunch: a first of its kind offline program that mobilized more than 50,000 high potential voters, to leading the first national progressive prosecutor electoral program, to spearheading dynamic digital campaigns that moved millions to action, we combine boots on the ground organizing with technological innovation to ensure that your message resonates.
